The Business Development Executive (BDE) is a hunter role, responsible for driving new sales opportunities with prospective customers not currently doing business with TSS. This is a quota-based sales position which will have financial objectives that include closing profitable net new business which will meet TSS revenue objectives. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for uncovering new opportunities with partners and prospective end users through prospecting efforts. The BDE will build a sales funnel, manage all opportunities within that funnel, and drive these opportunities to close, while working with internal resources such as engineering and finance. Qualifications5+ years of demonstrated IT sales successProven success building strong relationships and partnerships at a senior levelAdvanced understanding of TSS products and servicesDemonstrated understanding of Datacenter/Telecommunications industry and indirect sales model
