The Riskonnect, Inc. Technical Operations team has an immediate opening for a full-time Technical Support Engineer. Responsibilities include providing technical solutions to colleagues in all phases of the client relationship. The candidate will be providing advanced application support for the Professional / Data Services groups as well as general application support for all Riskonnect supported internal infrastructure applications.
Provide advanced application support for technologies used within Riskonnect. These would include, but are not limited to Windows Server 2012 - 2016 server configuration, Force.com platform support, IBM Cognos, Domo as well as other emerging technologies for security and identity management.
· Understanding of BI analytics platforms
· Able administer a BI platform from a security perspective
· Install / Configure / Troubleshoot BI platform issues
· Contribute technical documentation for SSAE18, SOC2 audit preparation
· Continually review / update procedures for audit compliance
· Develop and maintain architecture documentation for organization infrastructure
· Windows Server OS 2012 - 2016
· Active Directory / Group Policy
· IBM Cognos
2-3 Years working with Microsoft Windows Server (2012, 2016)
2 Years working with Internet Information Server v7.0
2 Years working with Salesforce Platform (light admin)
1 Year working with Apache / Tomcat web servers
Expertise in troubleshooting system application issues
