The primary responsibility of the IT Support and Operations Manager is to oversee and coordinate the daily activities required to support both corporate and retail store locations. This position plays a key role in implementing and supporting Tandys overall IT roadmap and is expected to be highly hands-on as part of the day-to-day operations and support of both users and customers.
