The Application Development Specialist is accountable for the development and support of the Online Helpdesk, the web portal for Employees to submit issue tickets, requests and search for resolutions to many known issues. The desired candidate will be highly adaptable in a fast paced environment. The candidate will help drive what new technologies will be used and will work as a part of a team that focuses on both the design/development and the content/administration of our current solution.
