Rapidly deliver world-class software solutions leveraging Angular 7.0+, AEM 6.4+, microservice layer implantation on AWS to T-Mobile business customers primarily focused on supply chain needs (including demand planning, inventory management, forward and reverse logistics) but expanding into marketing, finance, sales and other areas with similar operational reporting needs.
Work very closely with IT partner teams working on multiple projects with operational reporting requirements, and work with other management to understand project and business priorities, scheduling work with development staff accordingly.

Oversee data modeling and ETL, metadata management, and data quality.
Apply knowledge of industry best practices, including a deep understanding of how data is extracted, transformed, scrubbed, and loaded in a large DW environment with data originating from many source systems.
Apply experience capturing application incidents using system telemetry and operational monitoring.
Design and lead Business Intelligence technology proofs of concept on all digital assets including Web, App, and Social.
Constantly improve the development processes, tools, and methodologies used in the development group.
Deliver high-quality products focused on Account Management implemented on all digital assets including web, app, and social on time and within budget.
Oversee technical relationships with multiple assigned vendors, including driving features and function requests for inclusion in future product releases.
Provide timely developmental feedback and coaching, conduct performance reviews, support career growth of staff, and interview and hire qualified managers and team members.

Experience and Education:
PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in computer science and engineering, related field or its equivalent and 5 years of relevant work experience.
