The Endpoint Services Lifecycle Management Senior Engineer performs a critical leadership role in delivery of the support and lifecycle management for Citizens Bank Endpoint devices.
This role within the Colleague Technology Services department offers the opportunity to be an integral part of the continual evolution of the colleague compute device experience.
The ideal candidate has strong written and verbal communication skills with superior attention to detail. Asset and inventory control process knowledge, demand management expertise, and the ability to oversee a production depot service are required.
