Technology Infrastructure Product Manager will support the rapidly growing product evolution efforts in API Management infrastructure area for global technology infrastructure team. In this role, the candidate will support the API Management infrastructure product team. This role expects expertise in product design, development, and delivery, along with the experience of supporting successful product releases. API Management infrastructure team is innovating to deliver the next generation of tools and capabilities to empower our lines of business. These capabilities will provide offerings to better manage API lifecycle and improve speed of API delivery, in a secure, stable, and scalable way. Collaboration with product engineering, lines of business, application managers and API developers will be required to evolve customer experiences for API Management runtime infrastructure.
The VP Product Manager will spearhead the product roadmap, customer journeys, including recommend actions, that will help Customers manage and monitor their API delivery. The Product manager will work closely with product lead, partners across multiple lines of business on Design, Technology, and business to understand the expected outcomes, business value and translate that into platform infrastructure requirements to prioritize. Candidate will support the development of all aspects of the product. Participates in the development, implementation and coordination of the product strategy, that includes but not limiting to the product pricing, billing, and telemetry. Also responsible for building and maintaining the product roadmap.

Collaborate with customers, developers, architects, designers, engineering, and operations teams to drive new product capabilities and evolve existing capabilities to next level.
Define new product and feature business cases working collaboratively with business and engineering teams across the firm to ensure a unified product landscape
Build and present end to end executive product updates inclusive of current production metrics, new feature delivery planning and financial forecasting
Define product initiatives for new features and optimizations of existing ones, and incorporate them into product roadmaps
Work to integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives
Work closely with the engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to define a roadmap that meets business and consumer needs, while meeting critical deadlines and budget constraints
Manage, and communicate prioritization of features, with a mind toward user and business benefits and tradeoffs. Identify market opportunities and define product strategy to reflect those
Provide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, design and product requirements, and other materials as needed to support UX design and development
Create a proposition roadmap from MVP to market leading through a customer centric design focused approach, innovation, and design thinking
Monitor cross-impacted initiatives and stakeholder communications to ensure business needs are met
Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends and risks/opportunities for both short and long term
Support teams that track and manage business case metrics and models ensuring that product delivery stays on track and on budget
Identify market need, interfacing with customers as needed to define the scope and position of the product
Conducts make vs. buy analysis to determine approach to fulfill market need
Creates and maintains the product roadmap with the Product Lead
Creates, maintains, tracks/evolves the product's definition, inclusive of customer-facing SLO/SLAs for the Product.
Manages the product cost, investment and business case requests, and overall benefit realization
Acts as the primary point of contact for all product lifecycle aspects of the products related to stakeholders, partners and customers.
Works with internal stakeholders and executive audience to drive awareness and adoption of the product
Minimum of 8+ years of technology product management or relevant experience
Experience in defining and building out product roadmap and business models
Understanding of financial modeling, Agile practices, forecasting and tracking as it relates to product delivery
Ability to influence stakeholders with diverse points of view
Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration philosophies and practices for speed to market is a plus
Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written and presentation communication skills
Ability to prioritize delivery efforts according to business need and industry trends
Familiarity with the business services and offerings associated with financial services and technology industry around API channels, governance, industry trends and technology standards
Demonstrated ability to manage tight delivery timelines and an attitude that showcases calmness & empathy under pressure to drive effective results.
