This role requires a widevariety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Proficient knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture(performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (programmanagement, network management), Design (compliance, security), NetworkEngineering (planning, provision)
Knowledge of one specific infrastructure technology and basicprogramming languages or database management systems (Java, PERL, Python)
Intermediate understanding of LOB technology drivers and their impact onarchitecture design
Knowledge of more than one specific infrastructure technology
Thinks creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
Hands on experience on Cisco, Checkpoint and Fortigate firewalls and management systems
Experience with integrating vendor firewalls and firewall managementinfrastructure into enterprise networks
Certifications from Checkpoint or Fortinet desired
Knowledge Tufin Orchestration Suite is a plus
Candidate must have sound knowledge of TCP/IP and OSI Layer.
Splunkreporting/logging experience a plus
Experience with Ansible a plus
This position is anticipated to require the use of one or more High Security Access (HSA) systems.
