Facebook is seeking a Lead Quality and Reliability Engineer in Facilities Engineering that is responsible for working with our global partners to develop world class quality for Facebooks data centers. Our global fleet of data centers serve as the foundation upon which we meet the demands of our customers, with the Lead Quality & Reliability Engineer role having two key aspects: 1) managing a team of engineers that provide quality and reliability support for data centers and 2) performs technical work as an Individual Contributor in support of one data center. The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in the Quality field, preferably with experience in operation of Critical Facilities. They will also be able to provide technical solutions and guidance to the team, drive global standardization initiatives, and function in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. This candidate will also need exceptional leadership and management skills that will be essential for team alignment to global strategies. This is a full-time Lead position located in our Washington, D.C. office.
