Apples Information Systems & Technology organization is looking for Supply Chain Systems Support Lead which is a techno-functional role and will be part of the team that maintains and supports systems that cater to some of the most sophisticated and integrated Supply Chain processes.
The role is pivotal in sustaining end-to-end software solutions for Apples Supply Chain needs varying from Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Product Distribution to name a few. We partner with various partners to define, implement and support solutions that optimize Business processes and operations.
Lead a team providing 24X7 Support (AMS) for multiple Supply Chain applications
Problem solve issues and drive crisis management
We represent the Support organization in various meetings and forums
Collaborate and partner application owners, developers, QA, project managers and end users in triaging issues to resolution
We ensure application stability with a focus on continuous improvement
Perform design and code reviews and participate in debugging and coding to solve problems.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring
Build and maintain SOPs and improve support structure and skillset
Supervise and drive SLAs and KPIs with a highly outsourced team
We improve and enhance system stability, reliability, performance and security
