Duties: Complete incident and problem resolution for aligned lines of business, providing end-to-end resolution to ensure completion of all jobs within defined objectives. Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with other teams to remediate and implement production in order to minimize impact to customers and/or downstream. Manage incidents to resolution, including escalations, and produce daily reports for outstanding incidents. Document and adjust the incident management process and adjust training as appropriate. Participate in new product releases and integrate support with production processes. Support process improvements to continuously improve the stability and performance of the applications. Perform in-depth research and identify sources of production issues including root cause analysis of issues and report the outcome to the business community and management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as a Software Engineer, Data Specialist, or related occupation.
