Duties: Troubleshoot or escalate technical issues to provide solutions in an efficient manner. Call documentation, queue management, ticket analysis and interface impacting lines of business for incident impact analysis utilizing the production assurance process. Collaborate with senior technology leads across various organizations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents. Ensure root cause analysis (RCA) activities on client impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned and completed. Serve as the subject matter expert for incidents related to batch during highly visible issues. Provide expertise and support during critical incidents and interface with all impacted groups to better manage the message.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Application Developer, Application Product Support, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with each of the following skills: Log analysis and monitoring tools including, SPLUNK; DynaTrace; Opnet; Java; J2EE; Unix; Linux; JDBC; DB2; MQ; JMS; XML; XSD; XPath; XQuery; XSLT; production ITSM change management system; HPSM; JIRA; RCA analysis with complex architectures; mobile and web platforms; database network designs; and XML queries.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
