Duties: Design, support, and maintain IT business functionality based on product strategy and operational, technical, infrastructural, regulatory, and market needs. Gather business requirements, and perform detailed analysis to produce technical and functional requirement epics and user stories, including assumptions, inputs, outputs, usability, expected performance from the application or business processes, and user acceptance criteria. Define list of interfaces and touch points, conduct solution assessment of various business modules, and conduct feasibility analysis for design and build. Ensure that reusable, flexible, and efficient solutions are designed as per original requirements, and evaluate cross-product/cross-platform feasibility. Communicate with product and application owners to produce impact analysis and to assess changes expected across applications. Perform functional testing. Support data mapping and migrations to support production transition. Liaise with test, operations, and support teams to produce implementation plans, assist with production support, and update target processes prior to go-live transition of new business processes and application products. Facilitate walk-through sessions and workshops.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as Software/Application Developer or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills: business process analysis; design and development of regulatory and compliance requirements for back office processes across Latin America (LATAM); accounting policies and nuances of each individual market across the LATAM region; Foreign Exchange (FX) markets, Money Markets, Fixed Income, and Derivatives products in Brazil, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina; User Interface (UI) design; front-end and back-end development; SQL development; software testing; technical writing; and working in an Agile development environment.JPMorgan Chase & Co., one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
