Fraud and Customer Protection Services (FCPS) is adding Software Engineer(s) to our team to take on the full development life cycle for FCPS business operation applications. This includes defining the target state for each application and leading the development to achieve the target state for multiple PEGA applications.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science/Engineering
* Minimum of 5 years of Application Development work experience
* Minimum of 3+ years of PEGA Development Experience on versions 7.X and 8.X
* Required Pega Certifications:
* System Architect (PCSA)
* Senior System Architect (PCSSA)
* Lead System Architect (PCLSA)
* Expertise in agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban
* Extensive experience with DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, Maven, BitBucket and Docker
* Experience with deploying on public and/or private cloud technologies
* Intermediate to advance Java development experience, designing, implementing and deploying web solutions in a cloud environment is a plus
* Experience with at least one of the messaging systems such as IBM Mq, Active MQ, Kafka
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
* Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
* Passionate about building an innovative culture
* Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
* Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
