The Program Governance team's mandate is to structure and drive program decision and change management including meeting structure, communications, and culture with the ultimate goal of improving the Program's effectiveness, efficiency and controls.
Responsibilities:
Manage process for allocation of people and prioritization of work to ensure effective program-wide decision making, in collaboration with Finance and Technology representatives
Own and drive day-to-day management and delivery of key work streams related to Organizational effectiveness, RTTO, and hiring linked to Acceleration
Execute program governance activities:
o Propose topics and create executive-level & program wide presentations on the progress of the program
o Lead governance working sessions & meetings
o Manage requests to report on program progress for Business Unit Reviews (BURs), etc.
o Develop & implement continuous improvement processes
o Solicit voice of the customer feedback (internal)
Manage the Program-wide change management process, keeping the program audit-ready at all times
Collaborate with Helix Delivery and Technology to create and maintain program-wide intranet site as a single source of program information
Identify, report and maintain log of risks, assumptions, issues and decisions
Mentor and actively invest in building and developing junior team members
Requirements:
Must have 7+ experience in project management and executive presentation building/communication
Must have demonstrated experience in driving strategy within a large multi-segment organization, payments industry experience strongly preferred
Exceptionally strong executive-level communications skills, oral and written
Demonstrated influencing-without-authority leadership skills
Proven exceptional relationship building skills inside an organization; preference given to candidates who have proven these skills in an international environment
Strong EQ with insatiable desire to develop and mentor junior team members
Knowledge of project management processes, JIRA and understanding of product development lifecycle preferred
MBA preferred, Bachelor's degree required
