Duties: Incorporate corporate architectural standards into application design specifications. Document application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules, and develop or enhance software application modules. Implement code quality controls and support access uplift programs and secure coding practices. Comply with project life cycle methodology in all planning steps. Adhere to IT control policies throughout design, development, and testing stages. Identify or troubleshoot application code-related issues. Take active role in code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned to pre-defined architectural specifications. Work with product and technology partners using Agile methodology to coordinate and deliver multiple platform capabilities. Assist with design reviews by recommending ways to incorporate security requirements into designs and information or data flows. Participate in project planning sessions with project managers, business analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline proposed IT solutions. Work with Vendor (Actimize) to deliver any custom solutions required for the bank.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum experience required: Seven (7) years of experience building enterprise applications using J2EE technologies, or related experience.

Skills required:Demonstrated ability in Actimize Risk Case Manager and Actimize Intelligence server, including its configuration, packaging, installation and administration. Experience with RCM designer, AIS visual modeler and server monitor and logs analysis. Experience with, Apache Tomcat, Actimize Analytics Intelligence server and IBM Websphere. Experience in technology frameworks including Spring framework and Hibernate. Experience in architectural, design and development of enterprise applications using Java, J2EE technologies, JSP Servlets, JDBC and JavaBeans. Knowledge of XML, JQuery, JSON, and XSD. Demonstrated knowledge in SOAP and REST Webservices. Experience with database sql scripting in Oracle, MSSQL. Experience in build tools including Ant, Maven and Splunk monitoring tool. Experience with release management tools including CVS, SVN or Bit Bucket. Demonstrated knowledge of development tools including Control-M, SOAP UI, SQL Developer, and SQL Server Management Studio. Experience with the Actimize product.
