In this role you will be responsible for software template development/re-engineering within the HotDocs SDK. This position requires a strong understanding of logic flows as well as business logic and business modeling concepts. The ability to communicate effectively is critical as you will work closely both with groups inside and outside of the broader technology team to coordinate line of business strategy development, business priorities, and program roadmap definitions. System analytical skills are also a critical requirement as you will be responsible for project level requirements analysis, template design, template modifications and testing review to ensure line of business goals are successfully met with technology solutions.
The successful candidate will be working in Commercial Banking technology supporting the HotDocs template preparation application. The HotDocs development team is responsible for supporting multiple LOB's template generation for Customer and Loan File Documents. The process involves converting a paper document or form into a HotDocs template. The HotDocs template can be used for manual data entry or automation using HotDocs web services.
In this role you will be expected to do the following; design, analyze, develop, code, tests, debugs and documents/templates to satisfy business requirements.
Minimum of 8 years of Application work experience throughout the entire Software Development Lifecycle
Leading the team on variuos stages of project development such as design, testing and deployments
Monitoring the work assigned to the developers and Sprint progress
Responssible to create and send the Sprint Report to the senior management
Responssible for architecture level changes of existing and new Projects based on the discussion with business.
Experience with HotDocs Document Automation vendor software or similar template based program development tools
Familiarity with Agile concepts including Scrum, JIRA Issue Tracking and Sprint Retrospectives
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and its various uses
Familiarity with Tortoise-Git, JIRA, BitBucket as change management tools
Use of Notepad ++ to read, understand and modify XML files
Strong testing and debugging skills
Strong focus on project delivery
Experience creating and managing development work plans
Technical and functional documentation of all critical flows
Subject matter expert(SME) for the critical Line of Businesses(LOBs) to help in end to end document generation
Handle end Users issues and provide training and guidance to them about the applications.
Perform Health check of the applications and has to take quick corrective action in case of emergency and Outage end comply
Passion and ability to learn new technology and software tools
Maintain and organize communication between business, team and end users of the applications
Ability function in small team environment without daily direction needed
