As an experienced technologist, you will lead the effort for Firmwide standardization of tools for capacity management. You will create requirements for the tools team and test / validate enhancements as fit for purpose. To describe data requirements, you will create capacity management data models for applications and infrastructure. To describe functional requirements, you will inventory tools in use Firmwide and prioritize features missing from standard toolsets. To improve accuracy of measurement of capacity risk, you will define and maintain capacity metrics and thresholds. With your unique perspective of Firmwide tools and data, you will lead Firmwide data analytics for over/ under utilized infrastructure.
Capacity Data/ Tools Lead responsibilities:-
Support manager with maintenance of Firmwide process and standards
Develop and maintain Capacity Management data models for Applications and Infrastructure
Develop and maintain a register to capacity management tools in use Firmwide
Define and maintain global thresholds and standards for capacity metrics
Identify gaps between data required by data models and system of record and liaise with owners to fix
Create enhancement requests for standard tools and perform User Acceptance Testing

Data modeling (Entity-Relationship, experience of Erwin)
Business Analysis: Requirements writing, Testing
Agile/ Scrum Experience
Inter-personal/ influencing skills
Strong personal organization and documentation skills
Communication skills (verbal, written)
