Head of Operations Automation role is responsible for providing the leadership and expertise to drive solutions that meet HR back office needs. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate proven leadership in enterprise application architecture, application portfolio ownership, client engagement, production operations, and the application of emerging technologies related to talent, recruiting, and the employee experience.
The ideal candidate will support the development, management and execution of the architecture strategy and technology roadmap through the exploitation of functionality available in our target SaaS solution, Oracle HCM. In addition, the best candidates will have the ability to solve business problems by using our data assets and advanced analytics tactics to introduce improved controls and a decrease operations headcount and expense. The candidate will support the development of architectures and businesses capabilities for future investments. In addition, this function will be responsible to work collaboratively across the broader organization on the ratification, selection, and rollout of new technology assets.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Mastery of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
Command of architecture, design and business processes
Knowledge of industry wide technology trends and best practices
Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
Expertise in working in in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals, and passionate about building an innovative culture
Experienced in modern programming languages
15+ years of experience in software development and design
5+ Years Oracle HCM and/or PeopleSoft experience
5+ Years leading a large HR technology organization or 10+ years leading an internal application development organization
Budget responsibilities exceeding $25mm, with headcount responsibilities exceeding 100
