Essential Skills:
Excellent Core Java (version 8) with knowledge of Java 1.8 features
Experience with Spring Boot
Experience with JavaScript frameworks; preferably REACT.js
RESTful Microservices
Experience with Oracle RAC
Log Management with Splunk
Multi-threaded Programming and Transaction Handling (JMS, Database)
Source code control software (e.g. Git, subversion)
Google Protocol buffers or similar binary message transport (e.g. AMPS)
Experience working on high throughput mission critical high performance platforms which have low error rates
Experience with Micro Services, Service Orientated Architectures
Desirable (but not essential):
AGILE Methodology experience
Experience working with a Distributed Cache (e.g. Gemfire)
Experience in TDD and pair programming
Cloud foundry or Amazon AWS experience

All internal moves will normally take place on the same grade and same salary. Salaries are reviewed annually in February. Exceptions to the rule regarding transfer on current salary may include a move between geographic locations.
