Develop incubator solutions for Community and Business Development, focused on product and fee revenue solutions to drive financially positive outcomes for our customers and the bank
* Work with cross functional teams (digital, corporate development, corporate strategy, CB Product, CB Marketing, National Sales) to develop and execute small to large scale pilots in order to asses viability of customer solutions and ultimately scale to business functions
* Lead Cash Flow management initiative, which is the first large scale effort by CB to manage and drive behavior based outcomes
* Monitor calls with 200 virtual banking employees
* Develop Financial Business case and P&L impact
* Track personas within the wealth spectrum that could benefit from cash flow management solutions
* Develop suggestions for cohorts within Consumer bank
* Assess alternative revenue models that deliver financial health for this customer base
* Drive the ongoing assessment and execution of new business development opportunities to deliver financial health at scale
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience
* 5-7 years minimum of product management, and/or strategy and implemenation experience or equivalent.
* MBA preferred.
* Proven ability to lead projects.
* Strong project management, multi-tasking, leadership skills.
* Extensive knowledge of financial services and operations, credit, sales,products, policies and procedures.
* Strong presentation /facilitation skills.
* Understanding of overall strategy and vision of division and its supporting areas. Strong knowledge of quality principles.
