DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Design, create and support objects in PeopleSoft CRM interface using an Oracle 12c database. Interface with the user community to collect and document requirements for various projects. Provide technical design, development and support for PeopleSoft, Java, and Oracle. Perform all aspects of the development life cycle including design, development, unit testing and documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve production-related issues as they arise. Work with and assist QA, UAT with test cases and testing. Create, troubleshoot, and perform tuning on SQL and PL/SQL queries. Enhance application code to improve the performance of searches and application performance. Work with the team to ensure the organizations' standards are followed and that the team is consistently focused on improvement and delivery. Participate in Scrum events. Work with the team on all aspects of software delivery. Employ design and implementation techniques to drive business value.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as Team Lead, Software Developer, IT Consultant, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: CRM 9.x or Finance or HRMS 9.x; Oracle 11x or 12x Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, and Triggers; and Web Services using Integration broker. This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills and technologies: writing Oracle stored procedures, functions and packages; developing application engine programs and data mover scripts; developing new PeopleSoft pages, records, components, and menus; developing integration framework using Integration Broker, Component Interface, File Layouts and Application Engine; PeopleSoft CRM Module, Version 9.2; People Tools, versions 8.54; Oracle PL/SQL; Oracle 12c; XML; HTML; coding in Java and JavaScript; STAT 5.8; Tuxedo; Weblogic; WebSphere; Linux; PeopleSoft Security, Roles and Permissions; PeopleTools 8.5x; XSLT transformation; and Unix and Linux.
