The Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) Controls Management Organization (CMO), was designed to ensure a strong and consistent control environment across the organization from front office to back office, regardless of business area or location. With Control Officers appointed for each business area and region we have a comprehensive coverage/accountability model that promotes firmwide dialogue and consistency in approach and solutions. CMO strives to ensure appropriate and meaningful controls and operational risk measures across the firm and enterprise-wide governance and oversight of the end-to-end control environment.
The role will manage the quality monitoring processes for Merchant Services, which include:
* Implementation of operational policies, processes and services
* Monitors the control environment for customer interactions for a specific function
* Manages and directs team activities and monitors progress
* Manages resources and operating expenses
* Recommends and implements enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and system
* Interacts with Operations Managers
* May present business updates to managers
* Design Executive Reporting for Operations Managers
* Manage job aid inventories, annual certifications, system access profiles and other projects as needed
* Executes QA testing against established criteria
* Project Management: Lead moderate scope project opportunities and may assist or lead larger scope projects as needed by the business
