The Chief Technology Office (CTO) provides solutions to guide technology across the firm globally, removing inefficiencies and streamlining how we deliver quality solutions. We're continuing to evolve from building next-gen platforms to guiding architectures that unlock their capabilities, automating how we take code from inception to production. We're focused on optimizing how apps are designed for the future, targeting solutions that are portable across multiple cloud platforms to stay resilient, scalable and maintainable. The CTO will drive Modern Engineering Practices across the firm and provide the pathway for technologist to improve their speed, quality, and application development practices.
The CTO ETS Strategy & Operations Director role will be responsible for driving the strategy and initiatives for Technology Lifecycle Management, Rationalizing Applications, Service Management, Product Operating Model, User Experience and Site Reliability Engineering for new and emerging technologies. We are looking for people who are self-starters, collaborators that can thrive in a matrixed environment.
Leading and coaching the organization in its transformation and promoting delivery of business value
Deep knowledge in at least one of the following disciplines: Technology Modernization, User Experience, Product Management, DevOps/SRE, Service Now
Significant experience in organizational design and effectiveness to promote self-organizing teams within an enterprise environment
Experience in transforming organization from a project-based to a Product Operating Model
Capable of teaching and facilitating workshops to help teams learn complex topics
Builds relationships with key members within the Product Teams, Engineering Managers and senior stakeholders

Provide directional insights and inputs into Culture, People Agenda, Training and Development, Internal branding, Communications, and various Transformation efforts
10+ years of information technology/software development experience in large global organizations specific to product development/management
Demonstrated success in working within a product management construct leading software engineers, user experience and product managers
Demonstrated success in leading transformation programs, driving business value and long-term success of the company
Strong influence and negotiating skills with the ability to overcome resistance to execute against strategic plans
Strong communication and operational skills to manage the business operation of the organization interfacing with functional leads
Strategically oriented in learning new and emerging technologies and influencing at the group and firm level as needed
Expertise in working in partnership with colleagues throughout the firm, and in leading collaborative teams to achieve common goals
