DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Participate in Informatica development to extract, transform and load the data coming from heterogeneous source systems to the target systems. Implement the database configuration in the oracle database and writing PL/SQL scripts for the business needs. Develop processes for automation of loading data, scheduling Informatica sessions in UNIX/Control-M and PERL scripting. Participate in requirement gathering, impact analysis, gap analysis, functional & technical design and data based decision making on incoming project requests. Participate in project sizing discussions. Participate in full end-to-end software development life cycle as a t-shaped agile sprint team member to support analysis, development, testing and deployment of the code. Provide Agile advocacy & mentorship across team. Work with Agile coaches as a site lead for the agile transformation catalysts. Provide technical mentorship across team. Create and maintain the Jira dashboard for project management. Maintain the projects documents in PTC integrity & release related documents and effectively interact with the managers for the approvals. Create items for the project production release and track it to completion.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as an IT Business Analyst/Associate, ETL Developer, Data Scientist, Systems Engineer, or a related occupation. Alternatively, will accept a bachelor's degree and seven (7) years of experience.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following skills: Informatica development and performance tuning; defining Informatica best practices; Informatica production support; and Oracle PL/SQL development and performance tuning. This position requires four (4) years of experience with defining Informatica peer review process adhering compliance.
