The successful candidate will ensure an effective business control framework across reporting and provide ongoing visibility through a number of engagement forums in support of the executive team. This individual will provide strategic analysis of control issues to help "connect the dots" across the organization, provide thought leadership in the development of relevant solutions/approaches to address control issues, and support the development of actionable plans to close control issues/gaps.
This role will serve as a single point of contact for CVG business managers for reporting and data. The successful candidate will ensure an effective reporting across CVG and provide ongoing reporting and Data through a number of engagement forums and decks in support of the executive team. This individual will closely partner with the MIS, CMS and other reporting teams, Exam Ready Reporting and track requests for Changes. This role will coordinate closely with senior management from CVG, MIS Reporting and CCB Controls to ensure CVG is meeting all its legal/regulatory obligations. Additionally, this individual will provide strategic analysis of reporting issues to help "connect the dots" across the organization, provide thought leadership in the development of relevant solutions/approaches to address issues, and support the development of actionable plans to close issues/gaps.

Coordinate responses for all Controls related inquiries
Provide analysis and guidance of controls related issues; assists with related action plans to include remediation requirements; track issues and document risks
Maintaining organizational focus on the highest severity issues impacting the business
Ability to understand business drivers and provide both strategic and tactical input for key business decisions
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive measurable outcomes
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, Master's degree a plus.
Industry certification (e.g. CFE, CAMS, etc.) preferred.
Required 10+ years' experience in Financial Services or similar industr
Progressive experience managing projects and/or key deliverables
Proven record of collaborating with business partners and influencing change
Proven results with regard to driving improved customer experience and quality through implementation of strong controls, process reengineering, best practices and self-assessment frameworks
Action oriented with a focus on results and ability to assess and clearly articulate complex ideas and possess creativity
