Responsibilities:
* Own responsibility for the elicitation and documentation of current state and future state models, data definition, data matrices, use case development, and business requirements
* Develop the plan for the business requirements phase of a project
* Lead and support business requirements sessions with subject matter experts
* Structure and organize the business requirements in a logical order
* Ensure completeness of all scope items with mapping to business requirements
* Manage scope and escalate scope creep in the project
* Adhere to the quality criteria as provided by the CCB PDLC Standards
* Ability to manage the business requirements phase of a project in lieu of a project manager assignment, in some instances
* Participate in process improvement opportunities as they are raised
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and/or experience
* Minimum three to five years of Business Analysis experience
* Three to five years of experience with Business Requirements elicitation tools and methods
* Familiarity with technology concepts and systems applied to the business operations processes
* Strong understanding of the payments industry
* Handle multiple projects at once, meeting deadlines
* Interact effectively and positively with all levels of personnel, partners and vendors
* Continually learn and evolve to meet the current needs of the end user
* Strong, detail-oriented skills for planning and organizing
* Ability to apply analytical processes in researching and resolving issues
* Skill in understanding customer needs and providing quality customer service
* Ability to handle conflict well and work efficiently in stressful situations
* Action oriented and comfortable with change
