Responsibilities:
Understand and interpret business strategy, goals and priorities across Wholesale Payments
Work to help identify, develop and shape concepts that drive integration for our clients across the wholesale payment continuum
Client obsessive and focused on developing business requirements to meet client needs
Design, create and deliver executive-level presentation materials across a variety of projects and initiatives including project status and business recommendations/proposal build analyses and roadmaps for solutions
Collaborate with multiple product initiative owners to ensure timely and accurate program status reporting
Lead and support multiple cross project initiatives to ensure program integrity is maintained including budget and investment planning
Manage and drives project strategy, planning and execution
Provides day to day leadership, mentorship and guidance to managers who are responsible for ensuring the high quality execution of projects
Strategically assess and drives project planning in the context of the broader portfolio and company objectives
Ability to skillfully break down projects to key milestones, identifying critical dependencies, and driving project to on time delivery
Manage and optimizes interdependencies between projects and coordinates communication across projects
Impactful communication by identifying, gathering, synthesizing, and assessing a variety of data across projects
Lead and facilitating Executive Stakeholder meetings, collaborating with multiple product initiative owners to ensure timely and accurate program status reporting
Liaise with Technology teams to define estimates for proposed development work, and interpret prioritization efforts
Facilitate workshops and conduct knowledge elicitation meetings
Own current state analysis that includes documenting the end to end business processes as well as future state analysis and process flows
Lead cross functional working sessions and deliver executive-level presentations
Provide thought leadership into discovering new opportunities
Collaborate across all departments, identifying stakeholders and performing impact analysis ensuring successful delivery of solutions readiness work and process revisions are fully defined, and completely ready for planned implementation dates
Scope problems, identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify financial and business impacts. Identify implications and drive to major decisions with solid rationale
Advise and influence executive leadership on key business decisions and major change initiatives, building strong trusted advisor relationships
Identify potential roadblocks/obstacles and escalate issues as needed
Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, including the ability to work with colleagues at all levels as a peer and achieve goals without direct control over resources
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience
7+ years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal consulting/corporate strategy team,
Experience in payments, technology, e-commerce or financial services. Merchant Service and Treasury Services/Payments experience preferred
Excellent organizational, communication, diplomacy, critical thinking, interpersonal, strong client management and executive-level communications skills
Ability to structure a variety of problems and apply analytical tools to develop solutions
Self-starter who is able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is results driven
Strong PowerPoint (PitchPro+) and Excel skills required
Strong project and process management skills
