This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
* BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
* Expertise in application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
* Advanced knowledge of architecture and design across all systems
* Proficiency in multiple modern programming languages
* Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
* Keen understanding of financial control and budget management
* Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals

* Strength in application development and design

* Strong grasp of modern software development concepts such as SOLID principals
* Strong experience with mobile development with either one of the 2 below and openness to work on both
+ Java with Spring or Spring Boot knowledge preferred
+ JavaScript with React experience or open to convert to React
* Experience with server-side development
* Experience with web technologies is strongly preferred: HTML5/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript, WebPack, node, npm and others
* Strong automated testing discipline
* Continuous Integration with Jenkins or similar products
* Fearlessness and embrace of all things Computer Science and awareness of wide-range of technologies
+ Scripting - PowerShell and Python, others
+ Understanding of security concerns online and off
