Chase is seeking a Product Manager of Integrated Banking to invent and deliver products and experiences that power client growth, create a seamless experience for merchants, and establish Chase as the preferred payments provider to small and mid-sized businesses.
The Product Manager of Integrated Banking will own product strategy and deliverables that culminate in a great banking and payments experience for small to mid-sized businesses. This individual will be responsible for understanding merchant needs, articulating product vision, defining user stories, identifying success metrics & collaborating with cross functional teams to build and launch new product initiatives.
The Product Manager of Integrated Banking will focus on building and innovating, as well as optimizing the Integrated Banking experience over time. They will gain a deep expertise in multiple areas related to payments, including merchant onboarding, credit card processing, bank account opening, and risk, controls, and compliance. They will also gain a deeper understanding of Chase customers across various verticals, including retail, restaurants, and professional services merchants.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Develop a product vision & roadmap to transform the Chase Merchant Services account opening experience to include the ability to open business checking and/or business card accounts as part of this experience, deepening the client relationship
Partner with product and engineering teams across WePay, Business Banking, Digital, and Card teams to deliver against the roadmap, sequencing the capability delivery in ongoing MMP launches that optimize the experience over time
Partner with third party ISVs (Independent Software Vendors) to offer API solutions that enable these ISVs to directly offer bank accounts and credit card products to small business owners
Present your capabilities to the appropriate legal, risk, controls, and compliance forums to review any risks and mitigation plans associated with the product launches
Own product delivery end-to-end, including partnering with a commercialization lead on downstream implications for marketing, sales, servicing, and other client-facing personnel
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify client needs
Define and track metrics that inform the success of your product initiatives
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Aptitude to learn, solve challenging problems and a passion to deliver great user experiences
3+ years product management experience building SaaS products for businesses, with a strong track record of success
Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
Experience partnering with design teams to create wireframes to communicate concept and product ideas
An obsession with customer research, product fidelity and user experience
