Duties: Drive Incident and problem and end-to-end resolutions. Analyze production incidents with application knowledge. Perform root cause analysis using scripting, database modeling, and business intelligence skills. Complete end-to-end data flow through the Abinitio coding and data modeling process. Identify production load failures by monitoring batch jobs created with Abinitio graphs and UNIX scripts. Evaluate technical failures and provide resolution to avoid business impacts. Collaborate with Technology Administration Teams in supporting the initial code execution and migration and data validation to maintain the quality of the code in production. Interact with business users to gather the requirements to enhance the existing applications processes. Monitor various manual and automated alerts to ensure application wellness. Evaluate and adopt available software and ETL techniques to improve the support team's ability ensure jobs are executed and business data is delivered on time. Work with APP DEV and Platform Teams for problem-solving sessions and resolve technical issues. Collaborate with Technology Administration Teams in supporting the initial code execution, migration and data validation to maintain the quality of the code in production. Communicate with business users about the resolution with Production Delay Notices ("PDN") and Estimated Time of Availability ("ETA") of required data.
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or 5 years of experience as a Software Developer, Technical Lead, or related occupation.
