BS/BA degree or equivalent experience

Retail Workplace Governance Finance analyst is responsible for managing the organizations financial performance against expense forecast to provide financial analysis and visibility to Senior management. Consistently lead expense analysis aligned to operational metrics to Identify opportunities to drive efficiency, enable process optimization, and establish policies to govern financial discipline. This position will work directly with the Global Technology and Business Partners finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate posting of expenditures and financial reporting. This will include monthly reconciliation of expense across Retail Workplace Products and Services with a focus on financial variances and business performance.
Retail Workplace Finance analyst as part of the Governance organization will be expected to support additional productivity improvement efforts, and the continuous development to automate data management and reporting. Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required, and familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely beneficial. (Access, SQL, Business Objects).
