JP Morgan Chase Consumer and Community Banking- Infrastructure and Production Management team is looking for a very senior Product Manager to be part of the Strategic Initiatives team. Monitoring Product is changing the way that companies big and small think about how monitor applications end to end in private and public clouds.
As a product manager, you will be a critical part of the Strategic Initiatives PM organization that owns the business model and P&L, feature development and prioritization of the product roadmap, customer segmentation and pricing, and demand generation for impactful new products. You will work across CCB engineering teams, business development, and marketing leads to set strategy, define the product, and make the difficult, high-judgment trade-offs between features and time-to-market. You will partner with the design and technology leaders of the organization to ensure the developer experience, programming model, scalability and reliability promises, and cost efficiency delight our customers. You will be accountable for leading and enabling the IPM (Infrastructure & production management) framework in collaboration with GT and CCB Product function. Is accountable to driving IPM Products, Customer Experience, P&L, Service Catalog etc. Experience with Product Design, Enablement and development. Experience with working with cross organization engineering teams on product enablement and prioritization.
Must have experience:
Product Development - Drive product development across teams (primarily Engineering, Operations, Product Management, Business Development, and Marketing) through business requirements, design, implementation, and deployment.
Product Lifecycle - Author documents relating to product life cycle including product roadmap, business requirements and functional specifications.

Managing Product Managers

Cloud (Private, AWS, Google and Azure)
Monitoring / Technology
Management of product managers
Influencing engineering leads on how align products and services
Working in large scale cross org teams.

Someone with exceptional communication skills to manage the large degree of external interaction with customers and partners the role needs.
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (computer science or engineering degrees). Master's degree preferred.
10+ years of demonstrated full-lifecycle ownership of product development, with cross team and cross discipline execution, either directly or as an organizational leader.
3+ years' experience delivering developer facing application development or operations platforms.
BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
Knowledgeable with experience in infrastructure technologies. In particular, experience in the financial industry.
Expertise in successfully adopting Agile methodologies resulting in efficiencies and streamlining of processes and productivity.
Experienced in developing Roadmaps for and guiding teams towards achieving Product Management model; using Agile methodologies.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences.
