Duties: Gather business requirements, perform in-depth requirement analysis, and define technical project scope and assumptions for assigned tasks. Create business and technical designs for new systems and modifications for existing systems. Design connectivity solutions based on client requirements and company compliance policies. Design, develop and test integration solutions using IBM Integration Bus, IBM Websphere MQ, and Java for the clients and consumers to integrate the business requirements with the bank and backend systems. Develop reusable web services (APIs) components using Spring Boot framework. Assess designs and integration solutions and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with the Dev-ops team for continuous integration and release coordination to deliver integrations to product environment. Provide support in higher environments during product releases and provide defect solution. Identify gaps in current integration solutions and develop proof of concepts for new solutions using the latest design and architecture disciplines.
Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or five (5) years of experience as an Applications Developer, Systems Engineer, Software Development Analyst, or related role.
Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: developing integration solutions using IIB, IBM WebSphere Message Broker, IBM WebSphere MQSeries, or similar integration products and tool sets; Java or J2EE development; creating Web Services using SOAP and REST; creating API's, DFDL message models, XML Schema definitions, and XSLT transformations; working with Databases like DB2 or Oracle; working with testing tools like Junit, SOAP-UI, or Postman; and using Build and Automation processes like Jenkins or GIT.Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
