Aston Martin Financial Services (AMFS) is the private label finance company for Aston Martin The Americas in the U.S. The AMFS team works with Aston Martin, and its dealer body, to develop products and programs that support Aston Martin's sales goals while managing a strong, consistent finance experience for our mutual customers.
The Brand Manager will work with Aston Martin The Americas to develop and implement finance programs that support sales and loyalty objectives. This is a multi-faceted job that requires you to build collaborative relationships, both internally and externally, in order to develop new and/or enhanced products, manage marketing initiatives, work closely with our pricing and finance teams in development of programs and manage relationships with senior Aston Martin executives.
The Brand Manager will work closely with the AMFS sales and credit teams to review and analyze market data to develop new and/or enhanced programs and to be an advisor to the manufacturer. You will also be responsible for ensuring we meet AMFS profitability targets while collaborating with the client on developing subvented finance programs that support sales objectives.
The Brand Manager is also responsible for interfacing with the client around marketing programs that support conquest and loyalty initiatives. This requires developing relationships around JPMC to obtain resources and support to ensure deliverables are met around the marketing objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for management of proper controls for the business and participating on JPMC initiatives that support our overall business needs.
Preferred location for this position is in the Central to Pacific time zones.
* 5+ years experience in Auto Finance industry with manufacturer experience a plus
* Abiltiy to work directly with managers and clients at all levels to ensure their service needs are met, and to partner with them to agree upon priorities, strategies and deadlines.
* Finance background preferred
* Experience in managing multi-faceted projects
* Sales and Client management experience preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills to include the ability to create and deliver executive-level presentations
* Strong negotiations skills
* Analytical and problem solving skills
