Our Service Enablement Product Manager will lead integration work ensuring key new business initiatives (such as M&As, new technology platform releases) are planned and integrated into JPMC's Cyber Defense & Fraud controls. In this role, you will have responsibility for driving the controls agenda for key strategic programs to ensure proper controls are built, catalogued and measured in support of the firm's Cyber Defense & Fraud mission. You will be part of an "advance" team on any new business demand to help scope the control work, align the work in the backlogs of the right product teams, and manage the collective progress, risks and outcomes across various stakeholder groups through strong governance and customer focus.
High Risk Roles (HRR) are sensitive roles within the technology organization that require high assurance of the integrity of staff by virtue of 1) sensitive cybersecurity and technology functions they perform within systems or 2) information they receive regarding sensitive cybersecurity or technology matters. Users in these roles are subject to enhanced pre-hire screening which includes both criminal and credit background checks (as allowed by law). The enhanced screening will need to be successfully completed prior to commencing employment or assignment.

Your Tool Belt
* 7+ years of managing large, firmwide control uplift initiatives with proven track record of success
Operates in a customer centric mode & leverage risk methodologies to translate the needs of the business and its customers into feature-level requirements into product backlogs.
Experience with planning, leading and executing organizational change effectively and consistently to achieve desired business objectives
* Strong influence and negotiating skills, and the ability to overcome barriers and resistance to execute against strategic plans
Ability to resolve conflict with a proven ability to facilitate and/or make complex decisions based on experience, analysis and judgment
Excellent project management skills and experience managing global projects across multiple lines of business and/or stakeholder organizations
Experience with coordinating and/or managing expense and capital budgets
Able to successfully operate across regions, business and functions with demonstrable strong negotiation, influencing and relationship skills
Excellent command of Cybersecurity organization practices, operations risk management processes, principles, architectural requirements, engineering threats and vulnerabilities, including incident response methodologies
Operational, technical or product management experience in one or more of the following key disciplines: SEIM, Data Protection, Network Security, End Point Security, Forensics, Fraud or Threat Intelligence
* Experience working in agile environment, and driving continuous improvement.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills at all levels of a large enterprise organization.
* Ability and willingness to learn new technologies in a rapidly changing environment
* Experience working both independently and in a virtual, collaborative environment is essential.
