Duties: Provide production support and problem management, in support of critical, customer impacting applications. Monitor infrastructure, servers, databases, distributed batch jobs. Respond to service requests from Client facing support teams, Operations, Risk/control partners. Troubleshoot technical issues or escalate and work with appropriate technology teams to provide solutions. Support Production Releases and High Availability events. Coordinate incident management coverage, to ensure appropriate coverage. Call facilitation, coordination and communications during critical incident situations. Call documentation, queue management, ticket analysis and interface to impacting lines of business for incident impact analysis via the Production Assurance process. Serve as a single voice for our line of business and for cross line of business incidents. Provide end to end view of issues for objectivity. Work with senior technology leads across organizations to ensure timely resolution of incidents. Participate and ensure RCA (root cause analysis) activities on client impacting incidents are executed and action items are assigned / completed. Provide expertise and support during critical incidents, interfacing with all impacted groups to better manage the message. Coordinate chronic issue resolution. Provide guidance to all staff involved and vendors in driving a coordinated approach for results. Serve as the subject matter expert for incidents related to Middleware issues during highly visible issues. Provide expertise and support during critical incidents and interface with all impacted groups to better manage the message. Continue to be responsible for the controls, documentation, and maintenance of the production process and monthly update of the modeling data tables related to Deposit Analytics. Continue to work with the team to facilitate the Integrity and Regressions tests, schedule the code integration, and promote to UAT and PROD environments. Implement continuous integration processes, and automated release process (ARM). Monitor required release documentation and conduct follow-ups to ensure approval through the implementation date and time as well as ensure Development, UAT, and Production Environments across Unix, Oracle, SAS and web application platforms are monitored, running and available.
Minimum education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Employer will accept 2 years of experience in application development throughout the software development lifecycle across web-based and native applications, and application production support to meet the degree requirement.

Skills required: Experience designing and developing web based applications for UNIX and windows platforms using Java, J2EE, CSS, Java servlets, JSP, and Spring. Experience with Big Data Technologies (Hadoop, Edge, Kafka, Nifi, Hive and Spark). Experience with XML, Java, PL SQL Programming, and HTML. Experience troubleshooting and maintaining Java, J2EE, and DOT Net applications. Experience with log analysis and monitoring tools including SPLUNK, DynaTrace, and Opnet. Experience with Disaster Recovery and Incident Management methodologies, systems and tools. Demonstrated knowledge of the Java/J2EE technology stack and web technologies. Experience working with Webservers (IIS, IBM HTTP, and Apache). Demonstrated knowledge of major functionality bundled into a release, from both technology and business aspects. Experience in incident/problem management and change management. Experience with Control M and Tidal scheduler for application batch jobs running in production environment.
