The VP, JPM Access Product Integration will lead the execution and integration of Merchant Services data and client experience within the Treasury Services owned JPM Access portal. JPM Access is integrated portal that provides intuitive access to transactions, information reporting and self-service capabilities to our clients to manage their business with ease.
This position requires understanding of merchant services data lifecycle, client experience and technical integration across various platforms, product development skills and the ability to collaborate with cross - functional teams to execute the end product. This role will sit within the product organization in Merchant Services and will work very closely with the Technology organizations within Merchant Services and Treasury Services to execute the vision.
Lay out a product capability conversion plan from our current experience (core product offering) to the target state client experience in JPM Access
Build a data dictionary by identifying and tracing data elements displayed in each report/data file to source
Work with data engineering in defining data definitions and classifications
Creatively, develop methods to use our data assets to improve client experience
Collaborate, coordinate and influence across cross functional teams on deliverables
Create EPICS, stories and feature initiatives for the book of work
Manage product and technical releases including leading the backlog and scrum sessions
7+ years of product development or technical related experience
Experience working with data lifecycle, flow and management
Experience working at a payments, or payment technology company
Understanding of and experience with the Agile methodology
Experience in leading and working with cross- functional groups
Strong project management experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Expertise in data mining- candidate needs to have the ability to query and analyze data using SQL or similar setup
