Apple Information Systems and Technology is looking for a highly motivated ServiceNow Technical Project Manager. You will be responsible for design and support of the on-prem ServiceNow application.
In this role, you will work directly with the ServiceNow Application Owner, Project Implementation/Development Teams, ServiceNow Product team, Production Support team and multiple Infrastructure teams. You will provide in-house expertise in the matters of technical implementation, end-to-end system landscape, and application integration. You will be responsible managing projects from inception to closure. This includes, but not limited to, planning, design, requirements capturing/clarification, leading team of developers, risk/mitigation, status reporting, communication, process and technical improvements. You will also be responsible for building a strong team of ServiceNow implementors for multiple ServiceNow modules.
Understand business requirements for ServiceNow
Provide design and technical solutions for ServiceNow implementation
Provide end-to-end product architecture to ensure scalable, high performance landscape
Architect integrations with ServiceNow using LDAP, Single Sign-on, Mid server, Web-services, Email and several in-house applications and technologies
Lead a team of developers working on improvements/implementation related to ServiceNow
Participate in sizing the application for future growth and scalability
Perform technical configurations, application maintenance and house-keeping activities
Design security of the application, and own data security function
Configure alerts and baseline SLAs
Trouble-shoot technical issues related to ServiceNow application configuration and other technical issues
Collaborate with DBAs, System Engineers, Hardware Engineers, Traffic and Network Engineers to trouble-shoot production issues
Work closely with the product team and support team of ServiceNow
