Oh hey there... We’re Native. Hi. We think the world would be a nicer place to be if everyone could afford to buy incredible, in-person, real-time research conducted anywhere in the world. So we’re making it happen. We got our first investment last year, and we’re already conducting research in 42 countries and 18 languages (we just added Lusoga yesterday) at costs way lower than anyone else can offer.
We want to be the fastest, cheapest, most reliable source of in-person research in the world. We’re making it possible by taking the business model and operations approach of Uber, and matching it to our founder’s real-world experience of on-ground research in conflict zones and emerging markets.
We’re selling to Fortune 500 companies, government departments and international NGOs at the moment. We aim to start selling to small businesses and the public later next year.
We’re a bit too young to have established values just yet, but if we did they would look a little something like this:

We’re looking for our forever hire. It sounds like you could be the one. If you are, we want you to start at Director level, and head on up the ladder as the company grows.
Here’s the job.
Working alongside you will be people responsible for product development, client research, solution engineering and client services. You just need to market and sell for all you’re worth.
This is what you need to do:
- Maximize Native’s private sector sales
- Set Native’s private sector sales strategy & marketing strategy
- Build commercial sales ops to accelerate & improve sales execution
- Take leadership for selling to retail & FMCG companies

Compensation at Native is always generous, especially for an early stage start-up. We’re not made of money, but we do want you to know how much you’re appreciated. We don’t publish our compensation figures, but rest assured that it will be above the median for your position.
